As CBS News first reported, FEMA has been under heavy fire for failing to acknowledge then adequately address health problems like respiratory illness associated with the toxic chemical formaldehyde found in travel trailers that became home for hundreds of thousands of survivors of Hurricane Katrina. More than 143,000 families have lived in the toxic trailers, and more than 40,000 still do.

Now, CBS News has learned, the public health fiasco reaches beyond FEMA – into the one of the nation’s most respected agencies.

CBS News has learned that the Centers for Disease Control, the nation’s top public health agency, suppressed repeated warnings from one of its top scientists, raising questions about whether the CDC bowed to pressure from FEMA to conceal the long-term health risks of formaldehyde in the trailers it distributed to hurricane victims – health risks like cancer and birth defects, CBS News chief investigative correspondent Armen Keteyian reports.

A string of internal documents obtained exclusively by CBS News reveal that Dr. Christopher De Rosa, director of the CDC’s Division of Toxicology and Environmental Medicine, told his superiors “there is no safe level of exposure” to formaldehyde in trailers. That warning never made its way into any public report about the trailers.

CV Rick, Stein & Lanza: Since it was insinuated my 9-11 posts were “damaging to credibility”, “loony”, and “nonsense”, I ask you to study this post thoroughly, watch the videos, and think about all the evidence before you go about disparaging me by name calling, and attempting to shoot my credibility all to hell.

Part 1 of a 3 part response
#1 This is my response to all of you with totally credible evidence by scholars, by defense experts and many others that 9-11 and the governments version of it, and what actually happened are two different things. This response is based on testimony from scholars, from defense experts and many others. Part 1 is in the form of scholastic sites, videos, etc… —————–Let’s get started! Shall we?

#1 Videos, media, websites, etc..

Stephen E arl JonesProfessor Stephen Jones co-founder of Scholars for 9/11 Truth whose membership includes up to 75 leading scientists and experts from universities across the US.

Steven Earl Jones is a professor of physics at Brigham Young University. His research includes nuclear fusion and solar energy. In the 1980s Jones popularized the term cold fusion. Since late 2005, Jones has been defending the hypothesis that the collapse of the World Trade Center was due to a controlled demolition, not terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.

Fury as academics claim 9/11 was ‘inside job’
by JAYA NARAIN 6th September 2006

The 9/11 terrorist attack on America which left almost 3,000 people dead was an “inside job”, according to a group of leading academics.

Around 75 top professors and leading scientists believe the attacks were puppeteered by war mongers in the White House to justify the invasion and the occupation of oil-rich Arab countries

BYU professor in dispute over 9/11 will retire
Jones had been placed on leave 6 weeks ago
By Tad Walch Deseret Morning News (Utah News)

“He published a paper saying experiments he conducted at BYU on material from ground zero and other evidence led him to believe the towers fell because pre-set explosives were detonated throughout the buildings after the hijacked jets struck the Twin Towers.”

Part 2 of a 3 part response
#2 I am just going to quote a short piece of what CV Rick and Lanza said on my Jim Marrs: 9/11 Truth in 10 Minutes post, and then a piece of what Stein said too on my “Terror Storm by Alex Jones” post, because CV Rick’s thoughts, Stein’s thoughts and Lanza’s match. These quotes will be edited so it doesn’t eat the whole page.

#2 Quotes from CV Rick, Stein and Lanza

CV Rick said:
Static, “This stuff just goes too far . . . First of all, I’m an engineer. I know how buildings are constructed and why and how they collapse.

“What I am going to say is that all this conspiracy B.S. is not productive to the debate on the state of the nation, not supported by actual evidence, and damaging to the credibility of otherwise reasonable people.”

Stein said:
“I’m sorry, I’m just not buying it. I think this sort of thing totally undermines us when we need to speak about ACTUAL bad actions and ACTUAL cover-ups by the U.S. government & corporate interests.”

“PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE let’s focus on a conspiracy that actually took place: … They DIDN’T blow up the twin towers. Saying so justifies the reactionaries in calling us the ‘looney left.’”

Lanza Said:
“Why is it so shocking that a 747 can take down a building built in the 70s by notoriously shoddy mob contractors? What evidence is there to conclude that explosives were set off in the World Trade Center to take it down? Wouldn’t that require the participation of Silverstein Properties? Why would a Manhattan Real Estate investment corporation want to kill thousands of innocent people “many of whom were Wall Street Bankers and Attorneys who they work with?”

“Nonsense”

Part 3 of a 3 part response

#3 My response to all of you:

Why is it that whenever anyone says something about 9-11 lies that the person who hasn’t been educated on the issue always attacks the messengers credibility instead of examining the evidence? “damaging to credibility”, “loony”, and “nonsense”? C’mon you can’t really have said that could you?

This reminds me of the old phrase shoot the messenger!

“Shooting the messenger” is a phrase describing the act of lashing out at the (blameless) bearer of bad news.

In ancient times, messages were delivered in person by a human messenger. Sometimes, in times of war, the messenger would be from the enemy. An easily-provoked recipient would take out his anger on the person delivering the message, literally killing the messenger. In modern usage, the expression refers to any kind of punishment of the person bringing bad news.

Alternative expressions:
* Killing the messenger
* Attacking the messenger
* Blaming the bearer of bad tidings

Anyways, the least you could do is examine the evidence before you get started in on disparaging me by name calling, a form of shooting me and my credibility? No?
