DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) here in the USA is still playing God with the weather, modifying weather for warfare, and God only knows what else. The Department of Defense (DoD) knows how to modify the weather. They plan to use this in warfare, “to enhance friendly force capabilities and degrade those of the adversary.”

I heard the military had the capability to modify the weather for weather warfare, and was experimenting here in the U.S.A. I was told they were causing hurricanes, drought, earthquakes, floods, forest fires, lightning, tsunamis and other things like experimenting with mind control. I refused to believe it. How foolish I was. I soon stumbled upon the information on an Air Force website.

HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is the American military’s plan to manipulate the world’s ionosphere, and can create earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis, jam all global communications, disrupt weather systems, interfere with migration patterns, disrupt human mental processes, negatively affect your health and disrupt the upper atmosphere.

In the video Dr. Nick Begich discusses HAARP. HAARP technology is the ultimate radio frequency microwave weapons system disguised as a research instrument. Publicity gives the impression that HAARP is an academic project with the goal of changing the ionosphere to improve communications for our own good. I can see how it could be used in much more sinister ways, and according to U.S. military documents — HAARP aims to “exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes”.

The Air Force site I found the paper on moved or deleted it, but you can check out the unclassified Air Force Weather Modification For Warfare paper called Weather As A Force Multiplier: Owning The Weather 2025 on the Federation of American Scientists (FAS) website.

Here is a short excerpt of what Philip Hoag who published a book on the subjects of weather modification and tesla-scalar electromagnetic weapons, had to say about it. “The threats of weather warfare, totalitarian government and famine dovetail together. As we saw in the famine which the Soviets artificially created in the Ukraine prior to World War II, famine is an effective means of subjugating a people. By controlling food, you can control people. Weather modification can affect food production and eventually the available supply. Starving resisters out is much more effective than having to track them down and shoot it out with them. If you have not surrendered your weapons, you don’t get a food ration coupon. In the US, the technology is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) as part of “Star Wars,” otherwise known as the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). There is scientific evidence proving that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability to potentially trigger floods, droughts, hurricanes, tsunamis and earthquakes. Now you might say the military gave up Star Wars, but read on to see the truth.

World-renowned scientist and nun Dr. Rosalie Bertell confirms that “US military scientists are working on weather systems as a potential weapon.” As The Times of London reported on November 23, 2000, “The methods include the enhancing of storms and the diverting of vapor rivers in the Earth’s atmosphere to produce targeted droughts or floods.” You can read some of Dr. Rosalie Bertell’s work HERE

Bertell depicts HAARP as “a gigantic heater that can cause major disruption in the ionosphere, creating not just holes, but long incisions in the protective layer that keeps deadly radiation from bombarding the planet.”

In The Military’s Pandora’s Box, Dr. Nick Begich, a scientist actively involved in the campaign against HAARP, describes it as “a super-powerful radio wave beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere (upper layer of the atmosphere) by focusing a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto earth and penetrate everything - living and dead.”

The US Air Force claims:
“The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide-ranging and can be used in many military or quasi-military situations… Some of these potential uses include dealing with terrorist groups, crowd control, controlling breaches of security at military installations, and antipersonnel techniques in tactical warfare. In all of these cases the EM (electromagnetic) systems would be used to produce mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation. In addition, the ability of individuals to function could be degraded to such a point that they would be combat-ineffective. Another advantage of electromagnetic systems is that they can provide coverage over large areas with a single system. They are silent, and countermeasures to them may be difficult to develop… One last area where electromagnetic radiation may prove of some value is in enhancing abilities of individuals for anomalous phenomena.”

Do these comments point to uses already somewhat developed? The author of the government report refers to an earlier Air Force document about the uses of radio-frequency radiation in combat situations. (Here, Begich and Manning note that HAARP is the most versatile and the largest radio-frequency radiation transmitter in the world.)

The United States congressional record deals with the use of HAARP for penetrating the Earth with signals bounced off the ionosphere. These signals are used to look inside the planet to a depth of many kilometers in order to locate underground munitions, minerals and tunnels. Way back in 1996, the US Senate set aside US $15 million to develop this ability: Earth-penetrating tomography, with millions and millions more set aside every year since then.

The problem with earth-penetrating tomography is that the frequency needed for Earth-penetrating radiations is within the frequency range most cited for disruption of human mental functions. It also has profound effects on migration patterns of fish and wild animals which rely on an undisturbed energy field to find their routes.

As if electromagnetic pulses in the sky and mental disruption were not enough, Bernard J. Eastlund (patent holder and developer of some of the HAARP technology, bragged that the super-powerful ionospheric heater could control weather. Begich and Manning brought to light government documents indicating that the military has weather-control technology. When HAARP is eventually built to its full power level, it could create weather effects over entire hemispheres. Bernard J. Eastlund’s US Patent #4,686,605, “Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth’s Atmosphere, Ionosphere and/or Magnetosphere”, was sealed for a year under a government secrecy order.

The military’s goal is full scale global dominance by the year 2025. And one of those stated goals is owning the weather: “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning The Weather In 2025.”

Part of what HAARP is doing now is what was first sketched out by President Ronald Reagan in 1983 as the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI), quickly dubbed “Star Wars”. The military said they gave up Star Wars. They convinced congress that it was never fully developed or deployed. What a joke, because in January of 2007 the Czechoslovakian government gave the go-ahead for a US ’son of star wars’ base.

And just last Wednesday April 16, 2008 the Czech Humanist Movement, a group of Czechoslovakian peace activists, posted an international petition against the possible stationing of a US radar base in their homeland. The petition is called No Star Wars. The movement plans to launch a billboard campaign promoting the petition in the Czech Republic later this week. The statement accompanying the petition says that “The implementation of this project is… generating a new arms race and is the first step towards the militarization and control of space.”

The US government must clearly understand that it is not carrying out a dialogue with the Czech people, but with a minority that does not represent the will of the majority of Czech citizens. Americans must clearly understand that the American government’s policies are generating a widespread feeling of “anti-Americanism”.

The British Royal Air Force (RAF) and Western scientists engaged in Operation Cumulus in 1952, which, according to an August 2001 BBC broadcast, was a rainmaking project that led to 35 flood-related deaths in Devon, it was an artificially created man made disaster, instead of a natural disaster. Declassified documents show that in 1953 the British military and their allies experimented with increasing rain and snow by artificial means in hopes of “bogging down enemy movement.” Perhaps more shocking, the documents showed that they contemplated the possibility of “exploding an atomic weapon in a seeded storm system or cloud.” This would produce a far wider area of radioactive contamination than a normal atomic explosion. 9/11 widows call for new investigation after revelations of White House, commission ties

The widows whose political activism was largely responsible for the establishment of a commission to investigate the September 11 attacks say a new book revealing the backstory of the 9/11 Commission proves that their initial concerns about its executive director were correct and demonstrate the need for another investigation.

Philip Shenon, who covered the proceedings for the New York Times, has written a new book, The Commission: The Uncensored History of the 9/11 Investigation, which was released Tuesday. The book reveals the close ties between commission executive director Philip Zelikow and White House advisers Karl Rove and Condoleezza Rice.

The Commission also reveals that aside from one staff member, no one on the 9/11 investigative panel reviewed what was perhaps the most robust treasure trove of pre-9/11 intelligence on al Qaeda — records from the National Security Agency, which conducts electronic surveillance and codebreaking for the US Intelligence Community.

“General Michael Hayden, who headed the NSA at the time, was eager to cooperate and share what his organization had with the 9/11 Commission, but Executive Director Zelikow was not interested,” 9/11 widows Patty Casazza, Monica Gabriellle, Mindy Kleinberg and Lorie Van Auken said in a statement reacting to the book.

“Why didnt Phil Zelikow make reviewing these vital NSA documents a Commission priority?” they ask. “It seems clear that not every fact and lead was followed in this investigation compromising the validity of the Commission’s final report and its findings.”

The 9/11 widows called for Zelikow to resign or be fired from the Commission back in 2004, when his ties with Rice and Rove were first revealed. Shenon’s book, they say, proves their concerns were right all along.

“It is abundantly clear that Philip Zelikow should have immediately been replaced when the first rumblings of his impropriety and conflicts of interest surfaced,” they said. “When all of this information became clear, the Commissioners and the press should have called for Zelikows resignation. We did. Shamefully, most were silent.”

As washingtonpost.com columnist Dan Froomkin notes, “This isn’t the first time it’s turned out that the 9/11 Commission wasn’t getting the full picture. It’s not even the second.”

Bob Woodward revealed in his book State of Denial, that 9/11 Commission members were not told of a July 10, 2001, meeting in which then-CIA Director George Tenet tried to warn Rice and Bush about the need to focus on al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden, while the president and his confidant were distracted by their pursuit of a missile defense system.

In another Bush administration exposé, investigative reporter Ron Suskind revealed the president’s brush-off of the ominous memo warning “Bin Laden Determined to Strike in U.S.”:

“All right,” Bush told the panicked CIA briefer who interrupted the president’s vacation to deliver the warning in person. “You’ve covered your ass, now.”

The 9/11 widows also fault the Commission for relying too much on information gained from “second and third hand knowledge of interrogations of tortured individuals, detainees that were being held in secret locations.”

They say Shenon’s book reveals information that “only scratches the surface” of what happened within the government before the 9/11 attacks.

“The bottom line is that the most deadly attack on American soil since Pearl Harbor remains dangerously unexamined,” they write. “This can only be remedied with an investigation guided by the facts and conducted outside the reach of those with a vested interest in suppressing the truth.”

Congress and Bush Senior passed law to get your head cut off for blaspheming God by honoring Jesus

“Decapitation (from Latin, caput, capitis, meaning head), or beheading, is the removal of a living organism’s head.

Beheading typically refers to the act of intentional decapitation, e.g., as a means of murder or execution; it may be accomplished, for example, with an axe, sword, any kind of wire, or knife, or by means of a guillotine.”

Let’s go back in time to the reign of Bush I, when Congress passed, and Bush signed, Joint House Resolution 104, Public Law 102-14.

In Joint House Resolution 104, the birthday of Rabbi Menachem Schneerson, March 26, 1991, was designated as “Education Day, USA.”

Here is HJR 104, Public Law 102-14:

Let’s look at the first clause:

Whereas Congress recognizes the historical tradition of ethical values and principles which are the basis of civilized society and upon which our great Nation was founded . . .

Ah! You think they’re going to mention, perhaps, the great Christian precept “do unto others as you would have them do unto you,” or even the Ten Commandments? Or perhaps the principles of liberty espoused by Patrick Henry, Thomas Paine, or George Mason? Or quote the words of Thomas Jefferson in a letter to his friend Charles Thompson, dated January 9, 1816, when he said: “I am a real Christian . . . a disciple of the doctrines of Jesus . . .”

Certainly Congress had wonderful material at their fingertips to reaffirm the “ethical values and principles which are the basis of civilized society and upon which our great Nation was founded . . . “

But let’s see what Congress did. Here is the second clause of HJR 104:

Whereas these ethical values and principles have been the bedrock of society from the dawn of civilization, when they were known as the Seven Noahide Laws. . .

Naugahyde Laws? No, that’s not Naugahyde, that’s Noahide . . . Never heard of them! What are they?

WOULD YOU BELIEVE . . .

Explanation No. 1: “Noahide” is the adjectival form of “Noah.” So perhaps God passed down laws to Noah that somehow we overlooked? No, I just scrutinized Genesis in my King James version, and on two Bible Internet search engines. God did not pass down seven laws to Noah, and Noah did not pass down seven laws to anyone else.

Explanation No. 2: Let’s go to a Lubavitcher website — surely they know from where these laws came.

All of these laws are derived from specific passages in the Torah, which G-d gave to the Jewish people at Mt. Sinai.

Let’s try to be logical. Noah lived and died in Genesis. Mt. Sinai is not mentioned in Genesis. Moses lived in Exodus and beyond. God handed over the Ten Commandments to Moses at Mt. Sinai, in Exodus. Therefore God could not have given Noah these laws at Mt. Sinai, for Noah had already died, back in Genesis.

It seems that Bush’s friends, the Lubavitchers, the people who call Jesus a false prophet and idol worshipper, can’t even keep the Bible time-line straight. I wonder what Bush’s pastor would think of Bush lavishing praise on the Lubavitchers?

Explanation No. 3: According to the Encyclopedia Brittanica, the Talmud claims the Noahide laws were given to Adam. “. . . also called Noachian Laws, a Jewish Talmudic designation for seven biblical laws given to Adam and to Noah before the revelation to Moses on Mt. Sinai and consequently binding on all mankind.”

Let’s be realistic. These seven laws which God (allegedly) gave to Adam were never ever written down in the Bible. However, the descendants of Adam passed the laws down verbally to their descendants (”oral law”), and so on and so on . . . until several hundred years after the death of Jesus the Pharisees started writing them down in the Talmud.

If your Grandma told you a story she claimed had been passed down through the family — orally — from the time of Adam, would you believe her? No, of course not. The story is preposterous.

Explanation No. 4: So now let’s turn to the Talmud for an explanation of the Noahide laws. In a footnote to Yebamoth 62a, the Talmud gives the Scriptural source of these seven Noahide laws: “It being one of the seven Noahide commandments. V. Gen. IX, 7.” In Genesis 9:7, God says to Noah: And you, be ye fruitful, and multiply; bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein.

But as you can see, there is not one mention of seven laws in that verse, despite what the Talmudic sages tell us.

Explanation No. 5: Wait, I’ve overlooked something. Let’s return to the Jews and Hasidic Gentiles (JHG USA) website:

Ah! The operant word is “derived.” The Pharisee scholars derived, or reasoned, the laws into existence. So . . . just as Athena sprang from the head of Zeus, so the Noahide laws sprang from the heads of the Pharisees.

Naugahyde is man-made, vinyl coated-fabric; it is artificial leather. These Noahide laws are man made, Pharisee-coated, artificial laws. As Naugahyde is to leather, so the Noahide Laws are to the Bible.

Explanation 6: This is proof of the pudding: Sanhedrin 56a and 56b says:

The last paragraph of Sanhedrin 56a says “Our Rabbis taught: seven precepts were the sons of Noah commanded: social laws; (5) to refrain from blasphemy, idolatry; adultery; bloodshed; robbery; and eating flesh cut from a living animal (1) . . .”

Footnote 33, for the above passage, says: “I.e., to establish courts of justice, or, perhaps, to observe social justice (Nahmanides on Gen. XXXIV, 13): Hast. Dict. (s.v. Noachian precepts) translates ‘obedience to authority.”

Listen up here, fellow Gentile! “Obedience to authority” is your moral duty. Guess who the “authority” is?

Footnote 34, for the above passage, says: These commandments may be regarded as the foundations of all human and moral progress. Judaism has both a national and a universal outlook in life. In the former sense it is particularistic, SETTING UP A PEOPLE DISTINCT AND SEPARATE FROM OTHERS (emphasis added) by its peculiar religious law. But in the latter, it recognises that moral progress and its concomitant Divine love and approval are the privilege and obligation of all mankind. And hence the Talmud lays down the seven Noachian precepts, by the observance of which all mankind may attain spiritual perfection, and without which moral death must inevitably ensue. That perhaps is the idea underlying the assertion (passim) that a heathen is liable to death for the neglect of any of these . . .

Let’s pause here for a moment and notice the phrase I put in emphasis: “… setting up a people distinct and separate from others …“

Now we can put at least some of it together. The rabbis derived the Naugahyde laws from Genesis 9:7, by which they grant to themselves the power to establish courts and demand obedience to their authority from all other races and nations. Later on, in Exodus, God gives Moses the Ten Commandments.

You don’t have to have a triple Ph.D. to figure out that, theologically speaking, laws given by God supersede any laws derived by men. But the Pharisee Talmudists still prefer the laws derived by men (themselves.) That’s why they mention these man-made laws in JHR 104 PL 102-14 and ignore the Ten commandments.

In Footnote 33, the rabbis have granted themselves the authority “. . . to establish courts of justice, or, perhaps, to observe social justice . . . translates obedience to authority.” In Footnote 34, ” . . . That perhaps is the idea underlying the assertion (passim) that a heathen is liable to death for the neglect of any of these . . . “

Now we see why HJR 104 PL 102-14 did not cite the Ten Commandments. The Ten Commandments don’t give authority to rabbis to set up courts and rule over the rest of mankind, nor give the rabbis the authority to put to death those who will not follow their dictates.

The Naugahyde laws do exactly that. The purpose of the Naugahyde laws is to establish the supremacy of Jews over others, under pain of death. HJR 104 (PL 102-14) seems to have granted the Naugahyde laws the status of THE fundamental law of the land, only to be tested by the US courts.

In “Education Day USA” Mr. Prytulak points out that the laws, the “Seven occasionally proliferates into 30, or even 66,” and that “Americans may be filled with unease, or even outright trepidation, at some of these laws. Some of the laws are mysterious . . . ” “Some prescribe procedures that are alien to American culture, as execution by beheading, or the necessity of animal sacrifice: “That the court is to administer the death penalty by the sword [i.e., decapitation].” “To offer ritual sacrifices.”

Now the 30 Naugahyde laws prohibit conjurers (Law 25); prohibit consulting with the dead (Law 30), and prohibit eating a limb taken from a living creature (Law 15), prohibit Molech worship (22), but permit the offering of ritual sacrifices (19).

Phew! That’s a relief. We might not be able to live without being permitted to offer ritual sacrifices.

In case you think this is all funny, try this: Rabbinical courts will administer the death penalty by decapitation (Law 16) in the section about courts of justice. That’s not so funny.

The one Noahide Law that will surely get a Christian decapitated is the one about blaspheming God. If you worship Jesus and and claim he is the son of God, then according to the Jews you are guilty of blasphemy.

Channel 2 and Channel 10 TV showed the world map, sketching the basic alignment of the two opposing axes in a coming world war, in a manner evoking associations of the Gog and Magog prophecy for many viewers. The prophecy of Gog and Magog refers to a great world war centered on the Holy Land and Jerusalem and first appears in the book of Yechezkel (Ezekiel chapter 38).

On one side were Israel, the United States, Britain, France and Germany. On the other were Iran, Russia, China, Syria and North Korea.

US President Bush said Wednesday during a press conference that Iran attaining nuclear weapons raises the risk of “World War III.”

“If Iran had a nuclear weapon, it’d be a dangerous threat to world peace,” Bush said. “So I told people that if you’re interested in avoiding World War III, it seems like you ought to be interested [in preventing a nuclear Iran]…I take the threat of Iran with a nuclear weapon very seriously.”

Russian President Vladimir Putin visited Iran Tuesday and slammed the US’s refusal to rule out the use of force against Iran’s nuclear project. “Not only should we reject the use of force, but also the mention of force as a possibility,” he said.

Russia has blocked tougher UN sanctions in the UN Security Council, where it has veto power. The Russian president asserts that there is no evidence Iran is pursuing nuclear weapons rather than a peaceful nuclear power program.

Israel’s Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni called for a new Security Council resolution against Iran at a press conference following her meeting with US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice Wednesday. “I do believe there is a need for another Security Council resolution,” she told reporters. “In the past, the need to get everybody on board - including Russia and China - led to some compromises on the nature of the sanctions. I hope this will not be the case this time.”

Prime Minister Ehud Olmert announced Wednesday a sudden trip to Moscow Thursday morning, where he will meet with Putin about Iran. Other topics of discussion will reportedly be Russia’s continued supply of weapons to Syria, which have then made their way into the hands of various terrorist groups based there as well.
