American Blackout chronicles the recurring patterns of black voters being deliberately and systematically excluded (disenfranchised) from voting. This was witnessed in the elections from 2000 to 2004 while following the story of Georgia Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, who took an active role in investigating these election debacles, these debacles of democracy. American Blackout goes through Florida, Georgia, and Ohio examining the tactics used to control the vote and silence political dissent. Cynthia was demonized in the media after investigating this.

There is no such thing as a fair election, anymore. The fact is: in elections irregularities and new scandals are reported every day. GOP officials are deliberately using the law to keep black people off the rolls and hinder them from voting. And to exclude black voters is racism and fascism pure and simple. Since we are nearing November elections in in this country, this article is timely and fitting.

“…a muckracking indictment of … the systematic disenfranchisement of African American voters…” ~ Kenneth Turan, LA Times

The New York Times: Anger and Irregularities at the Voting Booth
“As we listen to voters complain about roadblocks and false felony records, and watch the endless lines of black voters standing patiently in the rain in Ohio, it’s impossible to ignore the gravity of the film’s claims.” “Ian Inaba assembles compelling evidence to support his claim that African-Americans — who are traditionally more likely to vote Democratic — are being deliberately and systematically excluded from the political process.”

This is only the beginning of how the election was stolen. So much vote rigging went on in just the Bush presidential elections, it’s almost impossible to chronicle it all. For instance, in Ohio workers were convicted of rigging the 2004 election.

And people in 2004 said that DIEBOLD machines ( black box voting ) were changing in front of their eyes. With no paper trail how can you document that?

Why I don’t Vote

Notable quotes on vote scamming

“I don’t want to get caught up in this thing!” — Joyce Dieffenderfer, former president of the League of Women Voters, after admitting the TV networks lied about hiring the League on election night.

“You’ll never prove it, now get out!” — Elton Davis, TV network computer programmer responsible for magically “projecting” 100% accurate vote results.

“This may be the biggest vote fraud scandal ever to rock the nation!” — Mike Wallace of “60 Minutes” upon reviewing the Votescam evidence. However, after meeting with his higher-up’s, Mr. Wallace dropped the issue like a vial of Anthrax.

“When you’re dealing with the networks, gentleman, you’re dealing with a shadow government.” — ABC Supreme Court correspondent, Tim O’Brien, explaining why the station refused to run video taped evidence of vote fraud.

This is America, not some third world country. What is this world coming to, when it takes foreign monitors to ensure a fair election in the U.S.A.? It really makes me wonder. We are supposed to have the greatest democracy on earth, but not anymore. America has lost confidence in the voting process. There is no such thing as a fair election, anymore. The fact is: in elections irregularities and new scandals are reported every day. The republicans are responsible for turning the election process into a joke. Is it any wonder that we need international monitors to protect us from tyranny?

George Bush Wanted For TreasonANDOVER LAW SCHOOL TO SPONSOR BUSH WAR CRIMES TRIAL
A conference to plan the prosecution of President Bush and other high administration officials for war crimes will be held September 13-14 at the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover. To “go to the gallows for their crimes would be a powerful lesson to future American leaders.”

“This is not intended to be a mere discussion of violations of law that have occurred,” said convener Lawrence Velvel, dean and cofounder of the school. “It is, rather, intended to be a planning conference at which plans will be laid and necessary organizational structures George Bush Flipping Bird Middle Fingerset up, to pursue the guilty as long as necessary and, if need be, to the ends of the Earth.”

“We must try to hold Bush administration leaders accountable in courts of justice,” Velvel said. “And we must insist on appropriate punishments, including, if guilt is found, the hangings visited upon top German and Japanese war-criminals in the 1940s.”

“For Bush, Richard Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and John Yoo to spend years in jail or go to the gallows for their crimes would be a powerful lesson to future American leaders,” Velvel said.

Law school dean’s conference on Bush, war crimes

Law School Dean Calls Conference to Plan Bush War Crimes Prosecution

“More than two-thirds of Americans disapprove of George W. Bush’s performance as president, according to the latest USA TODAY/Gallup Poll.” Latest Bush approval rating is 28%

Almost everyone hates him. He has destroyed the constitution, the economy, Iraq, and our government, not to mention the fact that he is directly responsible for the deaths of thousands of soldiers, and war crimes in Iraq.

I wonder why his approval rating isn’t lower. Who exactly are the misguided 28% who still believe in him? He should be brought up for treason, as well as war crimes for what he has done.

All I can say is I hope he gets prosecuted and tried for treason, as well as war crimes. I hope they all do. And death for treason is death by hanging. To “go to the gallows for their crimes would be a powerful lesson to future American leaders.”

After all, it was Bush who said about the Constitution: “It’s just a goddamned piece of paper.”
