Perhaps the victims of hurricane Katrina, many still displaced after more than a year, should trade in FEMA for Hezbollah ( also known as Hizbollah and Hizbu’llah ). Within days of the ceasefire, the so-called terrorist organization Hezbollah is handing out cash to all households that lost their homes to Israel’s bombs.
The group has handed out wads of cash - $12,000 in US banknotes - to hundreds of displaced families in Beirut’s shattered suburbs, and says it will continue distributing funds throughout the country, according to Reuters in an article entitled Lebanese begin rebuilding lives shattered by war By Michael Winfrey
Maybe FEMA should send a delegation to Lebanon to work with Hezbollah and learn the secret of their quick response.

I’m not a Hezbollah supporter, but give credit where it’s due.
Too bad this is not a joke, but bloody reality. And Hisbollah has less money available then the US government for the Katrina victims.
so sad, because it is so true…FEMA could learn lessons from Everyone…
