Mark Grayson is a singer/songwriter/activist who in his own words says he made the video to vent his frustration with the war in Iraq and the direction George Bush is taking us. His son was sent to Iraq. Wake up folks! Hit the polls. It’s time for new leadership, out with the re”thug”licans. Oh and be sure to take your camera phones to the polls. It has been said there will be more polling fraud to document. People in 2004 said that DIEBOLD machines ( black box voting ) were changing in front of their eyes. With no paper trail how can you document that?

You really have to appreciate the sacrifices the soldiers are making regardless of your political outlook.
I know we are from different sides of the political spectrum but the soldiers volunteered to serve regardless of who sits in the White House.
We definitely need change. We definitely need to get OUT of Iraq. I’ve said all along that Bush scares the hell out of me and that hasn’t changed. However … idiots like Kerry are not the type of leadership we need, either.
Which does not mean I support the war. But I WILL support the troops who are over there. We can not allow this to become another Viet Nam.
I support our soldiers. I just don’t support their commander in chief George W. Bush. He got us into a war based on lies.

What is it with republicans? — they think people who don’t support the war don’t support the troops. That is total b/s. I have been against the war from day one, but I still support the troops who are there doing legitimate work — by that I mean I do not support troops or private contractors who are doing illegal stuff (eg prison abuses, torture, murder, rape etc). I know that the majority of troops are doing the right thing. All nations need to get the hell out of Iraq, enough damage has been done now.
I hope the Republicans get the message when all the votes are tallied….though knowing that Diebold is involved, who’s to say the election results will be any fairer than the last couple of elections?
Always count on you for a most informative post staticbrain, I done a little research on the e-voting system, I have a few posts concerning it over on my blog, just check out the labels on the left sidebar, this is only a little research I put together without even trying much, I have the posts labeled ‘voting.’
Well I can say one thing we smoked ‘em on this one, if Bush would have gotten rid of Rumsfeld last week instead of saying he is doing a fine job, he might have faired better. What I predicted has came true, no matter how much corporate greed throws in the till, if the people are not behind you, you are history, sometimes their arrogance catches up to them.
The Dems will have a fight on their hands when they try and raise the minimum wage and they will again when they take the tax cuts from the wealthy and give to us and they will again face opposition when they try and eventually re-deploy the troops, but if they are smart when all this is going down make everyone aware of it and get rid of the rest of the neocons next election.
It is a great day in America filled with much promise, but like I say it will be an up-hill battle with the neocons that are left, basically standing in the way of progress and the American dream.
I can tell from the conservative bloggers that they are so up-set to know a woman will be running the House, they expect them to be barefoot and pregnant, and certainly not in such a distinguish position of House speaker,,,blog on.
